What is included in each candy floss package?
Every pack includes the candy floss machine, floss cones or sticks, floss sugar in your chosen colours and full day hire. Floss Starter from R 850, Floss Party from R 1 000, Floss Big Bash from R 1 150.
Can I choose my sugar colours?
Yes! Pink, blue, yellow, green, purple, orange, white or mixed. Your pack includes one or more colours depending on size. Extra 1.5kg sugar bags are R 70.
Is the candy floss machine easy to use?
Absolutely. We test it with you on delivery and most hosts are spinning floss within minutes. Press a button, collect the floss on a stick, and serve.
Can I add a display trolley?

- Only adults should operate the spinning head while it is running.
- Keep fingers and hair away from the spinning bowl.
- Use on a stable surface away from windy outdoor gusts if possible.
- Supervise children when collecting floss on sticks.
- Switch off and allow to cool before cleaning or pack-down.

Candy floss is light and sensitive to wind and humidity. Planning shelter and timing helps you spin perfect floss instead of sugar drifting across the lawn.
Ideal conditions
Indoor venues and fully covered marquees give the best results. Outdoors is possible only with good shelter on three sides and a stable, level table.

Wind — the main outdoor risk

- Stop spinning if hair, clothing or nearby displays are catching sugar
Rain, humidity and heat
Rain must not reach the machine or power supply. High humidity can make floss slightly heavier and stickier; very hot direct sun can affect sugar flow.
- Move under cover before rain starts — do not operate wet equipment
- In humid weather, spin slightly smaller serves and keep the bowl lid on when not in use
- Store spare sugar bags sealed and off damp grass
